Pamela Lynn Hood 69, of Martins Ferry, passed away Friday March 19, 2021 at Liza's Place Wheeling, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 2, 1951 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Wilbert H. and Rosemary C. (Hughes) Young. She was a cashier at Walmart in St. Clairsville, and a Methodist by faith. Pam loved music and golfing. Pam was preceded in death by Raymond E. Hood, James P. Ehni, and  two sisters Sharon Cuffaro, and Doti Campbell. Pam was a loving mother to her daughters Wendy (Christopher Williams) Conaway of Hopedale, and Jeanna (Kristopher Burkhart) Hood of Martins Ferry, her sisters Susan Young of Martins Ferry, and Kathy (Phil) Ehni both of Bridgeport, grandchildren Morgan Hood, Chase and Noah Conaway, Brennan Burkhart, Gianna Williams, and Kyra Burkhart one great grandson Jaxon Carney, a close friend George Dapice, and four nieces and four nephews. According to Pam's wishes there will be no visitation and private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
