Brown-North, Patricia Lynn, 48, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 15, 2011, after a brief illness in Allegheny General Hospital. Patricia loved life to its fullest, and then some. She had many friends and family members who adored and loved her very much. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Kim North; son, Michael Brown of Martins Ferry; daughter, Ashley Brown of Bridgeport; brothers: Duane Brown of Bellaire; George (Patty) Brown Italy; and Bobby (Alberta) Brown of Martins Ferry; her Aunt Ruby Jackson, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Patricia was born on May 11, 1962 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, the daughter of James Thomas and Mary Harriett Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her oldest brother, James and two sisters. Patricia had survived a battle with cancer and was doing well in remission; however, she couldn't beat the brain aneurysms. Friends will be received Friday from 4-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio and then on Saturday February 19, 2011, from 9 until time of service at 11:00am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Howard Street, Bridgeport. Wake to follow at The Nugget, Main Street, Bridgeport. Interment to follow at Weeks Cemetery, Bridgeport.
