Patricia Carol Donley, 84 of St.Clairsville passed away on April 6, 2024.  She was born on December 25, 1939, a daughter of the late Homer and Onieta (Randles) Losey.

Patricia was a mother and homemaker.  She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, watching TV, and traveling. She adored her family and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, James Donley; a son, John VanFossen; brothers, Richard, Robert, Gary, Buddy, Terry, and Larry Losey; sister, Arleen Burghy.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Virginia VanFossen, Carol (Jerry) Fulton, Don (Tami) VanFossen; grandchildren, Jenna Trigg, James Phillips, Kristen (Jamie) Singer, Donnie Paul VanFossen, Cody Groves; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Sherry O'Brien; sister-in-laws, Freda Losey and Theresa Losey; and longtime special friend, Marlene Workley.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 11am to the time of service at 1pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719.  Minister Brent Hopper will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Chestnut Level Cemetery in Belmont.
