Patricia Cowan, 44 of Martins Ferry passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at her residence. She was born on September 7, 1982, in New York, the daughter of Margaret McDonald and stepfather, Stephen McDonald.

Patricia worked in the culinary industry and was a Christian by faith. She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, and friend to all who knew and loved her. She was a fighter dealing with kidney disease, she would not let that stop her. She approached life with determination and a strong will to make each day count. She nurtured her family with grace and dedication, kindness, and love.

Left to cherish her memory, are her mother and stepfather; Margaret (Kuhn) and Stephen McDonald, her companion; Jerald Hall, children; Charles C. Cline, Alaura Clark, Katelyn Clark, Alexx (Shane) Richards, Corrina Osborne, grandchildren; Laniyah Brock, Maliyah Richards, Kingstyn and Jaxtyn Clark and Lili Anne Cooper, stepsisters, Stacy Peckens, and Peggy McDonalds and several cousins.

All services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family, arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
