Obituary

Patricia L. (Loy) Crow, 90, of Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Moundsville, WV died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Bishop Hodges Continuous Care, Wheeling, WV. She was born November 15, 1927 in Moundsville, WV a daughter of the late Kenneth "Bud" and Leona (Starcher) Loy.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph B. Crow, Sr.
Surviving are her son Joseph B. Crow, Jr. of Martins Ferry, brother, Ronnie (Lorna) Loy of St. Clairsville, OH, sister Phyliss Hewitt of Moundsville, WV, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book at the top of this posting.
