Patricia L. Neavin Patricia L. Perry Neavin, 60, of Jefferson St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tue., Apr. 29, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Oct. 1, 1942 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Clifford and Edna Kress Perry. She was retired from the Dietary Dept. of East Ohio Regional Hospital of Martins Ferry, a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary both of Martins Ferry, and Rebekah Lodge #45 of Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frank H. Neavin and a step-son Frank H. Neavin, III. Surviving are her daughter Ann M. Neavin of Parkville, MD, six step-grandchildren and eleven step-great grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Sat., May 3, 2003 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Fr. Richard Battocletti officiating. Burial follows in St. Marys Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Rosary devotions will be recited Fri. at 3:00 PM followed by Wake services at 8:00 PM both in the funeral home
