In Loving Memory of Patricia "Patty" Palmer, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 63, on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital. Our beloved Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Francis M. Schmitt and Margaret Deleau Schmitt; brothers, Francis Jr., Gary, and Randy Schmitt; and sister, Marcy Schmitt Demkowitz. She is survived by her three children, Rhonda, Robert, and Renee Palmer and their father, Ralph Palmer; grandchildren, Zachary Palmer, Tyler Osborn; great-granddaughter, Amzie; sister, Sandra Schmitt McConnaughy; brothers, Roger, Robert, Richard (Mary), Donald, Daniel (Penny), and James Schmitt. She also leave behind many nieces, of one with special note, Misty Dawn, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and her extended family and dear friends. Honoring Patty's wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service and interment will be at her family's convenience.
