Patrick Allen Perkins, 43, of Beallsville, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 20, 2016, of an apparent heart attack. He was born on April 26, 1972, in Barnesville, Ohio, the son of Roger Perkins and Cathy (Landers) Perkins of Belmont.
Pat graduated from Beallsville High School in 1990. He attended The Ohio State University and received his Associates Degree in Business Management from Columbus State University. He served as Vice President at Classic A Properties, Inc. of Belmont, Ohio. He also worked as a part-time farmer by choice and lived on his great, great-grandparents' farm on Perkins Ridge Road in Belmont County.
Pat was an avid fan of the OSU Buckeyes and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was known for his sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with friends on his farm. Pat will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Cathy Perkins of Belmont; sister, Jennifer (David) Pittman; two nieces, Carrie and Madison; and nephew, Daniel, all of Beallsville; sister, Sara Perkins of Alexandria, Virginia; and grandmother, Martha (Dallas) Perkins of Barnesville.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Maurice "Red" Landers and Edith (Tobin) Landers of Conneaut, Ohio, and his paternal grandfather, Clarence Perkins of Beallsville.
Visitation for family and friends will take place on Friday, February 26th from 2:00-8:00 PM at Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 27th at 3:00 PM, with viewing at 2:00 PM until the time of service, Kelly Kemp Braido Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory. The burial will take place at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
