Paul Edward Balthazor, 66, of Dillonvale, Ohio, passed Thursday February 21,2013 at home. He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on May 26, 1946, a son of Gloria Imogene Dressel Balthazor and the late Willard Moses Balthazor. Paul was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter Connie(Christopher) George of Wheeling, W.Va., a son Edward (Tish) Balthazor of Dillonvale; sisters: Gloria (Robert) Ellis of Holland, Ohio, Willagene Prater; Grace (Wayne) Bressler, all of Luna Pier, Michigan, Jessie(Edward) Hopkins of Colon, Michigan, Roberta (Mark) Kerschman of Luna Pier, MI.,grandchildren: Zack Balthazor, Sebastian George, Charlize George, and his dogs Shaggy, Sadie and Buck. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation and Service on Monday March 11, 2013 from 10 until the time of service at 12 noon, with Rev.William Burris, officiating at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio.
