Paul Gregory Heagy, 61, of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on February 15, 1960, in Wheeling a son of the late, James Angus and Betty Jane Saffell. Paul was Methodist by faith, a member of the Labor Union, Local 1149 and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cards.

He is survived by his fiancée, Tammy Frederick; a son, Paul Michael Heagy; stepchildren, Tim (Trista) Frederick, Brittney (Johnny) Bales and Miranda (Brian) Frederick; two brothers, James Heagy and Douglas Robert (Paula) Heagy; an aunt, Shirley (Steve) Leshuk; several cousins, including Norman and Carol; the love of his life his four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother; father; grandmother, Tillie and an aunt, Sandy Honecker.

Friends may call Sunday, from 3-5 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 am in the funeral home with Reverend James Hoff officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
