Paul W. "Freckles" Seevers, 89 of Bellaire formerly of Tinkletown, died Wednesday January 22, 2014 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. He was born September 28, 1924 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Vincent and Ethel (Paul) Seevers. He was a retired employee of Ohio Power Co. with 40 years of service. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Wolfhurst, the Bridgeport Eagles #995, the Polish Club, and Foresters Club both of Bridgeport. Paul was an avid bowler and he loved working with wood. He also loved model trains. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Virginia (Morris) Seevers, a brother Robert Seevers, and a sister Dorothy Demastus. Paul is survived by a son David (Gloria) Seevers of Blaine, daughters Joyce (Ralph) Smith of Bellaire, and Kelly (Rick) Kroflich of Rayland, 10 grandchildren, 12 great Grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside Friday January 24, 2014 from 3-8 pm, where services will be held on Saturday at 12:30 pm with Fr.
