Obituary

Paul Walker, 82, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at his home. He was born February 4, 1928 in Belmont County, Ohio, son of the late Williams A. Walker and Eva L. Burson Walker. Paul was a retired foreman from Sparta Ceramics in East Sparta, Ohio and was a member of East Richland Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant brother. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Barbara Jones Walker; children, Patrick (Marsha) Walker of Sugarcreek, Ohio, Paula Fawcett, and Steven Walker, both of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Mark (Lanell) Walker of Georgetown, Tennessee, and Christine (James) Huff of Newcomerstown, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason, Mare, and Stephanie Tarulli, Kristopher Huff, Heather Thomas, Travis and Traci Fawcett, Jayme Stover, Karrie Herman, Matthew Walker, and Michael, Joshua, and Justin Walker; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Rarick of Barnesville, Ohio and Ruth Shepherd of Bethesda, Ohio; and brother, Wayne Walker of Texas. Family and friends may call, Tuesday 2 to 8 p.m., at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio, where services will be conducted, Wednesday 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
