Paula Marie Anderson, 67, of Belmont, died Tuesday April, 14, 2009 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling WV. She was born August 10, 1941 in Bellaire, OH, the son of the late Paul and Sylvia Raha Halenar. Paula had a 25 year career at the Capitol Music Hall that included being the Theatre Manager and a Jamboree in the Hills Executive. She was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville. In addition to his parents, she was preceded in death in 1980 by her son Jeff Anderson. Surviving are her husband Ron; a son Ron (Anita) Anderson Jr. of Chardon, OH; two daughters, Angel (Bill) Glitch of Brookside, Kathy (Todd) Jones of Belmont; a brother, John (Barbara) Halenar of Ridgewood, NJ; and five grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Jessica Jones, Megan Jones, Zachary Anderson, and Joshua Anderson. Visitation will be on Thursday April 16 from 1-4 and 6-8 with a vigil at 3:30 at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be on Friday April 17 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clairsville at noon by Fr. Tom Chillog. Paula was very proud of her family of teachers and in her honor, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Central in St. Clairsville or to Bridgeport Elementary School.
