Pauline Faith Kennessey, 87, of Belmont, Ohio, died Saturday, September 26, 2015 at her home, with her loving husband at her side. She was born May 18, 1928 in Charleston, West Virginia, daughter of the late William Ernest Walker and Iva M. Garrett Walker. A devoted and loyal wife, mother, and grandmother, Pauline was a true blessing to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Kay Kennessey; sisters, Sharon Lucille Walker, Peggy Ann Williams, Karen Hope Lacy; and brothers, James Edgar Walker, William Ernest Walker, Jr., and John Perry Walker. Pauline is survived by her husband of 68 years, Elmer V. Kennessey of Belmont, Ohio; sons, Elmer V. Kennessey, Jr. of Antioch, California and William Arnold (Barbara) Kennessey of Clayton, California; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances Dunfee of Bay Point, California, Barbara Farley of Oakley, California, Betty Young of St. Albans, West Virginia; and brother, Paul Harvey Walker of Bay Point California. Honoring Pauline's wishes, there will be no visitation and a private service and interment will be conducted at the convenience of her family.
