ROBERTS, Pauline Morrison, 93, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Friday, September 26, 2008, in Heartland Lansing.She was born in Martins Ferry, on February 21, 1915, a daughter of the late John and Maudie Hill Morrison.Pauline was a member of the Martins Ferry Methodist Church; and Philathia Class of Martins Ferry Methodist Church.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Roberts; a son, John Roberts; a daughter, Anitra Peterson; grandson, Mark Peterson; six brothers; and two sisters.Pauline is survived by a brother, Jack Morrison and his wife, Hazel, of Colerain, Ohio; five grandchildren, Amy Vavrock and her husband, Rudy, of Martins Ferry, Michael Roberts and his wife, Gracie, of Laredo, Texas, Deborah Neavin Dozal of Alvarado, Texas, Vickie Lyle of Benwood, W.Va., and Christine Altmeyer and her husband, Michael, of Wheeling; seven great grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.In keeping with Pauline's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio.
