Peggy D. Kelly 58, of Economy Street Wheeling W.V., died Wednesday December 2, 2009 in Liza's Place Valley Hospice Care Center, Wheeling. She was born March 4th 1951 in Harrisville, Oh. Daughter of the late Hubert and Eileen (Clark) Henry Peggy was an employee of Target Store at the Highlands and the former Orchard Place Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph T. Kelly in October 2009. Surviving are two sons Todd Kelly and his wife Stephanie and Travis Kelly both of Wheeling, two sisters Lynn Nameth and her husband Norm of Adena and Karen Bowers and her husband Nolan of Cadiz, two grandchildren Todd Avery (Scooter) Kelly and Alex Theiss, Several Nieces and Nephews, And all her family at the Target Store. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Friday December 4th., from 2-4 and 6-8 where services will be held Saturday at 11 am, with Fr. John Mucha officiating interment will be held in Greenwood Cemetery Wheeling at a later date.
