Peggy A. Denard, 70, of Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Liza's Place, Valley Hospice South, Wheeling, WV. She was born February 15, 1949 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Karl W. and Betty M. (Danver) Kindberg.

Peggy retired from Nickles Bakery and was a member of the First Baptist Church both of Martins Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Denard, and her brother, James P. Kindberg.

Surviving are her daughter, Rainie (David) Beale of Martins Ferry and her two grandchildren, for whom she retired from Nickles to help raise; Ethan and Michaela who were the light of her life and siblings; Karl "Bill" (Judy) Kindberg of Piedmont, OH and Mary Beth (William) Sells of Shadyside. OH.

Friends and family will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry Sunday from 12 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Monday, October 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial follows at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
