PETER PAUL ""BUCK"" TIMKO, 74, of Lansing, died Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at his home. He was born January 1, 1935 in Barton, the son of the late Michael and Anna (Pipa) Timko. Buck retired from American Electric Power-Kammer Plant and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wolfhurst. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of the Wolfhurst VFD and the Lansing Sportsman's Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, John, William and Joseph Timko; and four sisters, Mary Majanscik, Anna Good and Margaret and Elizabeth Timko. Buck is survived by his wife of 53 years, Florene ""Flo"" (Pickens) Timko; two sons, Randy and his wife Kathy of St. Clairsville and Ken and his wife Jeannine of Bellaire; two brothers Stephen and his wife Violet of Alta Loma, CA, George and his wife Mary of Lansing; a sister Marge Jenkins of Belmont and a granddaughter Jennifer Ciroli and her husband Andrew of Columbus. Visitation will be Thursday 2 - 8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where Wake services will be held at 2:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wolfhurst with Father John Mucha as celebrant.
