(Rutter) Foulke. He was a cook for Sonny Boy Restaurant of Bridgeport and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Surviving is a sister Christine Nida and her husband Richard of Martins Ferry, a niece Lydia Litchfield and her husband John of Lima, OH, a great niece Hailey E. Litchfield, and an aunt Elnora Haggerty of Martins Ferry,. Friends will be received Sat., Apr. 24, 2004 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM when Rev. William O. Webster will officiate at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
