Phyllis A. (Green) Finney, 79, of Orchard Ln., St. Clairsville, OH, died Wed., Oct. 27, 2004 at Bishop Hodges Continuous Care Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born Aug. 16, 1925 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Robert L. and Laura M. (Williams) Green. She was a retired loan officer for the former Fidelity Savings & Loan of Martins Ferry. Phyllis was a member of Magnolia Twig of Alpha Pi Sigma Sorority and has served as the Sorority's Supreme President. She was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Keith D. Finney. Surviving are a daughter Ann E. Bowman of Martins Ferry, two grandsons Christopher Bowman and his wife Becky of Glen Dale, WV and John M. Bowman, Jr. of Wheeling, and a great grandson C. J. Bowman.
