Phyllis R. Captor Pierce 76, of Tiltonsville, died Wednesday March 9, 2016 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Martins Ferry. She was born January 5, 1940 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Koblinsky) Captor. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Tiltonsville, VFW Ladies Aux. Yorkville, and she loved going to Wheeling Downs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Walter J. Pierce, and two sisters Rose Brindley, and Clara Lampasone. She is survived by her brother Joseph (Karen) Captor of Tiltonsville, and several nieces and nephews.
