Phyllis Slenski, 87, of Lansing, Ohio, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014. For the past five years she has been a resident of Park Health Center, St Clairsville, Ohio. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Laura Martinkoski Slenski, five brothers, Frank, Andy, Fred, Edward and Walter, and two sisters, Ann Sommers and Stella Lukashewich. She is survived by one sister, Wanda Hochevar, a resident of Park Health and formerly of Lansing, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 3 to 7 p.m. and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. with services to follow at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. The services will be by Fr.
