Ralph L. Miller, 83, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed Tuesday June 4, 2013 at Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, Ohio. He was born in Toronto, Ohio on April 25, 1930, a son of the late Howard and Ethel Mae White Miller. Ralph was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, a retired employee of Ohio Edison, and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Emerson and Walter Miller and a sister Eva Mae Miller. Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Rita Voitko Miller, a daughter Doris Jean Koslik and her husband Mark, of Wellsburg, WV., granddaughter Joyce Allison and great-granddaughter Allison Richards. Friends will be received Friday June 7, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, with Rev. James Dunfee, as celebrant.
