KAPPLER, Randall Lawrence, 55, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Saturday, November 22, 2008, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Wheeling, on June 29, 1953, a son of Floyd and Captolia VanDyne Kappler.Randall was an employee of Ohio County Schools; a member of the Masonic Lodge Wheeling No. 5; and a member of Hope United Methodist Church, Wheeling.In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Bonnie Reedy Kappler; two brothers, Barry Kappler of Wheeling, and Brian Kappler (Darcy) of Westerville, Ohio; three sons, Brent Kappler (Stephanie) of Shadyside, Ohio, Brice Kappler (Brandi) of Bellaire, Ohio, and Brad Kappler of Wheeling; two stepsons, Jason Garlitz (Nikki) of Bridgeport, Ohio, and Randy Garlitz (Bobby) of Wintersville, Ohio; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Monday, November 24, 2008, at 7 p.m., at Hope United Methodist Church, Wheeling, with the Reverend April Forkey officiating.
