Rawley "Lee" Conway, 85, of Bethesda, Ohio passed away Monday, May 28, 2012 at his home. He was born December 21, 1926 in Somerton, Ohio, son of the late Rawley Conway and Ruth Hagan Conway. Rawley was a member of the North Main Street Church of Christ in Bethesda, Ohio, a life time member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9712, American Legion Post 168, the B.P.O.E., and Barnesville Masonic Lodge. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bill and David Conway; and his sister, JoAnn Thomas. Rawley is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joyce Conway of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, Donald (Sharon) Conway, Larry (Peggy) Conway, both of Barnesville, Ohio, and David (Cindy) Conway of St. Clairsville, Ohio; step-sons, Brett and Bill Latham and Brian (Amy) Latham, all of Bethesda, Ohio; step-daughter, Bonnie Stewart of Bethesda, Ohio; brothers, James (Juanita) Conway of Virginia and Frank (Deena) Conway of Florida; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends may visit, Thursday 2 to 8 p.m. at Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio where services will be conducted, Friday 11 a.m. Brother Mark Eikenberry officiating. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: North Main Street Church of Christ or Belmont County Animal Shelter.
