Raymond P. "Poncho" Ronevich Sr., 81, of Dillonvale, OH, passed Tuesday March 22, 2016 at home. He was born in Ramsey, OH, on May 28, 1934, a son of the late Stanley Sr. and Elizabeth Ceculski Ronevich. He was a retired employee of Consol Energy, a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, K of C, and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Micaela "Mickey" Lopez Ronevich; brothers: Walter and Stanley Ronevich Jr., and a sister Hattie Dvorcek. Raymond is survived by sons: Raymond P. Ronevich Jr. of Canton, OH, Michael D. (Dana) Ronevich of Tiltonsville, Kenneth L. Ronevich of Martinsburg, WV, Christopher J. Ronevich of Canton; daughters: Debra E. Ronevich of Dillonvale, Laurie A. (Kenneth) Leonard of Washington, PA; sisters: Dolores Candelaria of CA, Anna Feher of Adena, OH; grandchildren: Tara, Miranda, Matthew, Carleigh, Madison, Samuel, Justin, Shannon, Sharon; several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, with Vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday March 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, with Msgr. John C. Kolesar as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Military Honors will be provided by Belmont County Veterans Association at the cemetery.
