Raymond L. Shuler, 83, of Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born October 22, 1934, in Butler, PA, a son of the late Louis and Margaret (Walker) Shuler.
Surviving are several brothers and sisters.
