Rebecca E. Dietrich, 58, of Belmont, Ohio, died Thursday, September 3, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born October 21, 1956 in Wheeling, West Virginia. Rebecca is survived by her parents, Louis and Bernadine Dietrich of Barnesville, Ohio; brothers, Larry (Linda) Dietrich of Barnesville, Ohio, Mark (Cheri) Dietrich of Grove City, Ohio; and sister, Marcia (Ron) Garvey of Dublin, Ohio.
