REGINA P. VANCE

Regina P. Vance, 63, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away at her home, October 26, 2021, with her family by her side.  Born in Wheeling, West Virginia on April 11, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Betty Palmer.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, David Vance, Sr.

Regina is survived by her loving family; husband, David Vance, Jr.; daughter, Teresa (Doug) Johnson; son, Anthony "Tony" (Melissa) Litman; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Kimberly Brown.

Regina lived a fulfilling life as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.  In keeping with Regina's wishes, visitation for family and friends will take place on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda.  She requested that there be no service and for interment to take place privately, at the convenience of her family.
