Remona June (Blinco) Ellis, 91, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday April 25, 2010 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born August 7, 1918 in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Walter and Bertha (Tennen) Blinco. Remona was a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Simon E. Ellis and a daughter Sandra Miklas. Remona is survived by a son Simon Kim Ellis of Surfside Beach, SC; three daughters, Ida Mae Cummins and her husband Jerry of St. Clairsville, Nancy Schucker and her husband Mike of St. Clairsville, Willa Wilkins of Martins Ferry; two sisters, Emma Faye Clevenger of Bridgeport, Ella May Koehler of Nevada, 12 grand children and 14 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Grace Presbyterian Church, 4th and Hanover Streets, Martins Ferry, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm with a Service of Bereavement at 7 pm by the Elders. The funeral service will also be at the Grace Presbyterian Church on Wednesday April 28 at 11 am with Reverend William O. Webster Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made in Remona's name to the Grace Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry, OH.
