Richard P. Bogetich Sr., 61, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Thursday December 1, 2011 at Ohio State Univ. Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on August 5, 1950, a son of Evelyn Greenwood Bogetich and the late Richard Bogetich. He was a retired operating engineer with Beaver Excavating and enjoyed hunting, fishing and coaching softball and baseball. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter: Amanda (Dan) Burlenski of Adena, Ohio; two sons: Marcus Bogetich (Ashley McCorkle) of Bellaire, and Pete Bogetich of Westerville, Ohio; a sister, Debi Bogetich of Barnesville, Ohio; and four grandchildren: Niko, Ace, Tre Bogetich and Kaylee Baker. Friends will be received Sunday 4 to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Monday December 5, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
