Richard P. Finney 62, of Cadiz passed away Thursday October 14, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born February 7, 1959, in Wheeling, a son of Richard E. and Carole (Lewis) Finney.

He was the owner and operator of Finney Automotive in Cadiz.

He is survived by his children Ajay Finney of Bridgeport, and Kenzie Finney of Shadyside, his siblings Daryl Finney of Medina, Sheryl (Marty) Biafora of Morgantown, and Cathy Clark of St. Clairsville, 4 grandchildren Avri Finney, Liam, Lennox, and Stella Thibodeaux.

There will be no visitation and private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
