RICHARD "SEA DADDY" GOODRICH, 76, of Brookside, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling. He was born October 20, 1932 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late George and Rheda (Whiteman) Goodrich. Richard was a member of the Lansing Sportsman's Club and the Bridgeport Foresters Club. He was employed at Swisher International in Wheeling and was a veteran of the United States Navy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Goodrich in August 2008; as well as a brother Byron Goodrich. Richard is survived by his son Rick Goodrich and his wife Alison of Bridgeport and a brother Larry Goodrich of Peoria, AZ. In accordance with Richard's wishes, his funeral services will be private.
