Lowe, Richard K. (Butch) 65, of Lansing, Ohio died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at home. Butch was born April 10, 1944 in Bellaire, Ohio. A son of the late Charles and Frances (Tyson) Lowe. Butch was a retired maintenance superintendent for the Belmont County Jail. He also worked many years at Saginaw Mine in St. Clairsville. He served in the Army Reserves. Butch was a member of the Lansing and Bethesda Sportsman Clubs. He was an avid golfer and outdoorsman. Gardening was his passion. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Chuck Lowe, and sisters Aggie Pytlak, and Mary Lou Gillen. He is survived by the love of his life of 30 years ?His Babe? JoAnn Kightlinger of Lansing. His daughter, Kamy (John) Sabinski of Belmont, Ohio, his daughter, Stacie Toto of Belmont, his son, Rick Lowe of Blaine, Ohio and his brother, Tom (Amy) Lowe of Shadyside, Ohio. He also has two grandchildren, Dalton Toto: and Johnny Sabinski, who adored his ?Pa Pa?. He also has many nieces and nephews. Members of the family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8, where services will be held Wednesday March 24, 2010 at 11 am with the Rev.
