Richard J. Lucey Sr. passed Saturday August 26 at his home. Rick was born an Island Rat March 22, 1949. He loved to give big bear hugs and offer you a beer. Much of the concrete in the valley was provided by the Lucey brothers. They and many others were waiting to welcome him home, especially his son Ricky. All who knew him know there will be no services. His family and friends will cheers his life at a later time. Dad / Pap / Papa Rick will be missed and remembered.
