MAGUIRE, Richard "Rick,ã 62, of Tiltonsville, Ohio, died Monday, July 28, 2008. He was born December 4, 1945 in Martins Ferry, the son of the late Richard and Violet (Duley) Maguire. Rick was a retired Construction worker. A current volunteer with the fire department, he was past Chief of Tiltonsville Volunteer Fire Department; Past Village Councilman and past village council President; along with being a Trustee and President of Lake Seneca Resorts. Rick is survived by long time companion, Judy of the home; a son, Richard "Richieã Maguire III and his wife, A.J., of New Alexandria; a stepson, Jeffery Hughes and his wife, Heather, of Virginia; a stepdaughter, Kristy Bellville and her husband, Charles, of Martins Ferry; a granddaughter; and a step granddaughter. Visitation will be on Wednesday 6-8 p.m., Thursday 6-8 p.m. (Fireman Services Thursday at 7 p.m.) and Friday 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon at Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Donald Upson. Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
