RICHARD W ."FROG" NEUNZ, infant son of Stella and Robert Neunz of Wheeling, died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Ruby memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Robert and Dolores Horner. In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by paternal grandparents, Judith Ferrel of Wheeling and Keith Works, Sr. of Wheeling; maternal grandmother Mary Goral of Bellaire; his special uncle Richard W. Horner of West Wheeling, for whom he was named; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends are invited to attend visitation Tuesday from 9 am until the time of Richard's funeral services at 11 am. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park, St. Clairsville.
