Richard "Dickie" P. See, 76 of Mingo Junction Ohio, went to meet his Heavenly Father on April 3, 2022, at his home surrounded by his wife, Sandra, 0f 26 years and his children. He was born September 27, 1945, in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Brown R. and Geraldine (Steele) See.

He graduated from Mingo High School in 1965 and went on to serve six years in the Marine Corp Reserves.

Dick was retired after 46 years from the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Mingo Plant as a Millwright Specialist and was a member of St. Francis Center Catering after his retirement. He was a member of the American Legion, Garibaldi Lodge in Follansbee, Knights of Columbus in Mingo, and St. Anthony Catholic Church in Follansbee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother James See, sister Patricia Snyder, and infant great granddaughter Mackenzie Nicole Smith, sister-in-law Rochelle Bouchet.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Redin) See whom he married October 21, 1995. His son; Douglas Smith of Mingo Jct., daughter's Sherri (Tony) D'Ulisse of Follansbee, Denise Smith of Wintersville, grandchildren; Dillon (Christina) Smith, Kara Smith, Krista, and Domenic D'Ulisse, great-grandchildren; Lucien and Leo Smith, brother-in-law James (Nancy) Redin of Arizona and Gerald (Mary) Redin of Steubenville, brother Gary See of Brilliant, several nieces and nephews, friends and fur babies Buddy, Lexi, and Remi.

He enjoyed fishing, golfing, following the Steelers and spending time outside with his family and friends.

Dick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him, he will be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Family will receive friends at the Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home 115 Union Street, Mingo Junction on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, 2-4 and 6-8.PM, Visitation Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 9 –9: 45, Mass of Christian burial on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 10am at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 204 St. Clair Ave., Mingo with Fr. Jim Dunfee officiating. Burial with full Military Honors at the Oakland Cemetery.
