Richard Glenn Pilney, 74 of St. Clairsville passed away Monday, January 9, 2023, at his residence. He was born April 12, 1948, in Martins Ferry the son of the late Andy T. and Norma Rose (Dolzall) Pilney.

Richard was retired from Texas Instruments Corporation as an engineering tech and was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Vietnam conflict.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his only brother Robert Pilney.

Left to cherish his memory are his close friends Stan and Marlane Figurski of Steubenville.

In keeping with Richard's wishes all services and burial will be private. Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport is proudly assisting the family.
