Richard A. "Rick" Snyder, 47, of Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Butler, PA, died Saturday, July 20, 2013. He was born Oct. 5, 1965 in Butler, PA a son of the late William and Alice (Barger) Snyder. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Jack Snyder. Surviving are his sisters; Faye (Ralph) Claypoole and Peg Snow both of Pertrolia, PA and Cindy (Tom) Slagle of Berwyn, PA, and brothers; Les (Shirley) Snyder of Pertrolia, PA and Bill (Chris) Snyder of Karns City, PA. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
