Richard L. Williams, Jr., 63, of Martins Ferry passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at the Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center. He was born October 27, 1959, in Bellaire, the son of the late Richard L. Williams, Sr., and LaVerne Howell.

He was a Nurses Aid at the former City Hospital of Bellaire, a Christian by faith, he enjoyed cooking, country music, singing and gardening.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Mike Williams, and Ronald Howell.

Left to cherish his memory are his cousin, Elizabeth Gorby of Martins Ferry, and good friend, Emily Morgan of Bellaire.
