Rick was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure by those who survive; his wife of 31 years, Brenda Bailey of Bethesda; sons, Jacob Bailey and soon to be daughter-in-law, Rebekah of Ashville, Josef Bailey of Bethesda; parents, Glen and Barbara Bailey; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dale and Lori Russell; sister, Glena (James) Wagner of Bethesda, and twin sister, Vicky Bailey of Smithfield; brother, Terry Bailey of Texas and Matthew Bailey of Alaska. Rick was also a very special uncle to Josh, Amy, Maddox and Vada, Cristian, Jamie and Kelly, Deegan and Adalynn; many other nieces and nephews; and grandpuppies, Tucker and Gracie.
