Ricky L. Byard, 46, of Broadway St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born Apr. 6, 1960 in Martins Ferry a son of Harriet (Gramatikos) Byard and the late Dale Byard. He was employed with the Belmont Co. Dept. of Job and Family Services, a member of Trinity Assembly of God of Martins Ferry, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Surviving in addition to his mother of Martins Ferry are his wife Marjorie Byard, a daughter Shawna Stemkowski of Weirton, two brothers Bob (Sally) Byard of Cave Creek, AZ and Jeff Byard of Martins Ferry, three sisters Lisa (Steve) Moreland of Tiltonsville, OH, Nikki (Skip) Unger of Front Royal, VA, and Susan (Jamie) Caprita of Martins Ferry, and two grandchildren Jonathan and Ari. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, Friday, Nov. 24, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Assembly of God, Martins Ferry with Pastor Roland Boggs officiating.
