Robert A. "Bob" Winters, 84, of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born September 15, 1936 in Martins Ferry, the son of the late James E. Winters, Jr. and Catherine A (Beck) Winters.

Bob was the retired owner/operator of Winters Gift Gallery and True Value Hardware store and a member of First United Methodist Church, both of Martins Ferry.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Sickle) Winters and a brother James W. Winters.

Surviving are his children: Brenda (Joe) Leluika, Palm Coast, FL, Mark (Lea) Winters, Shadyside, OH, Vicki (Rick) Riebold, Powell, OH, and Tracy (Steve) Dupps, Pataskala, OH, his brother Nelson E. Winters, Dayton, OH, grandchildren: Justin (Andrea) Leluika, Nicholas (Charlotte) Leluika, Ashley (Natalie) Winters, Ridge (Kirsti) Riebold, Jade Riebold, Collin Dupps, and Cassidy Dupps, and great grandchildren: Magdalena, Grayson, Merritt, Lydia, Joshua, Savannah, Ridge, Jr., Colt and Raider.

A private funeral service will be held at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, with Rev. George Coyne officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
