Robert Francis "Bobby" Gosney, 75, of Boise, ID, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, September 16, 2011, after a lengthy illness, at the Hawthorne Rest Home in Boise, ID. He was born August 2, 1936, in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Robert and Kathryn (Paul) Gosney. Bobby served in the US Air Force after high school then settled in Southern California and had a long career in the aerospace industry working on the military aircraft and missilery. Surviving him are his daughter Kristin Gosney of Southern California, and his sister, Betty Dittman of Eagle, ID. Robert had a simple, intimate burial on September 26, 2011 at the Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH per his wishes.
