Robert "Bob" C. Coss, of Brookside, Ohio, passed Saturday November 22, 2014 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on January 17, 1933, a son of the late Edward and Della Smith Coss. Bob was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, and a career Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in both Korea and Vietnam Wars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters: Wilma Crook, Nellie Caruth, Alta McConn; and a brother-in-law Arthur "Butsy" Roth. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Patricia Beznoska Coss; sons: Rick (Deb) Coss of Shadyside, OH., Bob (Valerie) Coss of Lansing, OH., Edward (Denise) Coss of Bowie, MD., Michael (Michelle) Coss of Wheeling, WV., daughters: Robin (Michael) Brunner of Bethlehem, WV., Mickey (Curt) Wach of Shadyside; sisters: Alice Myers of Milan, MI., Lucille Cisar of McMechen, WV.; Grandchildren: Jon, Heidi, Ashley, Zachary Coss; Brandy (Mike) Moore, Michael Coss, Megan, Sarah, Greta, Sam Coss; Jon-Michael, Morgan Brunner; Peyton, Colton Coss; Baylee, Ben Wach; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday November 28, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brookside, with Pastor Karen Torrez officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either: St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Amedisys Hospice.
