Robert (Bob)Jeffrey Dunlap, 66 of St. Clairsville passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at WVU Wheeling Hospital with family at his side.

He was born January 20, 1956, to the late Everett and Catherine Dunlap.

Bob attended the School of Hope and Belco Works and participated in the Belmont County Special Olympics. He loved dogs, music, movies, and spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by siblings, Joan Kemp, Betty Lou Russell, Junior and Everett Lee Dunlap and brothers-in-law, Don Denham, Bob Kemp, and Kenny Russell.

He is survived by siblings; Marie (Doyle) Groves, Helen Denham, David (Linda) Dunlap, Kenneth Dunlap, Jerry Dunlap, Sally (Tom) Reasoner, and Terry Dunlap, along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Wilson Funeral Home, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, OH 43719 on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 11 till time of service at 2pm, with Rev. James Hoff officiating. Burial to follow at Rock Hill Cemetery in Flushing, OH.
