Robert C. Rice, 60, of St. Clairsville, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 10, 1955 in Columbus, a son of the late Clarence and Viola (Pyle) Rice. He was a truck driver for J&M Trucking Co. a Veteran in the US Army in the 101 Airborne. Bob is survived by his loving wife Ruth (Kirkpatrick) Rice, children Lance (Debbie) Rice, Dusty (Allison) Rice, and B.J. (Charlie Coen) Rice all of St. Clairsville, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Saturday January 16, 2016 from 5 till time of memorial service at 7 pm, with Rev. James Hoff officiating. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Full military will be conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association on Saturday at 6:45 pm at the Funeral Home.
