Robert Scott Weese, 58, of Groveport, OH, formerly of Bridgeport, OH passed away Sunday, April 10th, 2016, at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, OH. Scott was born September 22, 1957 in Akron, OH a son of Mildred "Mike" Ketterman Weese and the late Robert "Bob" Weese. He was a retired District Manager of Mannings USA. He was a member of the Lansing Sportsman Club. He graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1975. "Keep moving Bulldogs!!!" He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He was a Methodist by faith. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law Frank Porter. Scott is survived by his mother Mildred "Mike" Weese, his wife Jan Porter Weese, sister Brenda (Brian) Dawson of Uniontown, OH, Nieces, Rachel (Brian) Patt, Rebecca Dawson, Bethany Dawson, a great-niece Charlotte Patt, his special little girl Luca Vargo, his 4-legged babies, Maggie Mae, Chance, Steube, Flash, and Timmy, mother-in-law, Dorothy Porter, brother-in-law, Bob (Ann) Porter and many-many close friends. Friends will be received Friday, April 15th from 3-8pm and Saturday April 16th from 11am until the time of service at 1pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd, Brookside, Ohio with the Reverend John Jackson Officiating.
