Roberta M. (Trott) Darrah, 93, of Denver, CO, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Tuesday, March 24, 2007 at Porter Hospice at Johnson Center, Centennial, CO. She was born Oct. 7, 1913 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Albert G. and Beatrice M. (Evans) Trott. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clarence F. Darrah, three brothers Albert, Jack, and Bill Trott, and four sisters Mary Jane Burns, Anne Deal, Beatrice "Bea" Brindley, and Bonnie Lou Fodor. Surviving are several nieces and nephews including Kim Fodor Garvin and her three children of Denver, CO, with whom she resided, and a brother David Trott of Rome, GA. Family and friends are invited to join in a final farewell for Roberta on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, from 11 AM until time of services at 12 Noon at Grace Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH is in charge of arrangements.
